How much is shipping?
Shipping within the US is always free!
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow 3-7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. We will try our best to ship your jewelry in single package.
How long is the shipping time?
US orders will be shipped via USPS First Class. Average transit times within the US are 4-14 business days. We do not yet offer international shipping yet but plan to do so soon.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! Please email us within 12 hours of an order with the subject line "CANCEL" followed by your order number.
You must cancel your order 12 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. We process orders as soon as possible and cannot guarantee that it will be cancelled after 12 hours. If the item has already shipped you will need to process the cancellation as a refund.
I entered the wrong address, can I change it?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 12 hours.
My item arrived damaged
We ship every item with extra care. Despite this, ecommerce customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to USPS or UPS service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

What is your exact refund policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that there will be a $10 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, you will then need create your own return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
